Story of Selected Saffron

Since 1981, the family of Laasya Palicha has been importing the best quality Saffron from Spain. Gathering of Saffron is the only brand that has been certified to produce this exotic spice.

Saffron cultivation and use date back more than 3,500 years. Handpicked saffron stigmas, or threads, are delicate and thread-like. They are naturally bright orange-red.

Health Benefits of saffron

Saffron is rich in plant-derived chemical compounds, antioxidants, health-promoting, and disease prevention properties. This unique spice is a great source of minerals such as copper, potassium, and magnesium. It is rich in vitamins A, Folic acid, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin C, and Zinc.

Saffron is a world-famous spice that can be used to create multi-cultural dishes. Saffron can be used in many dishes, including Pilaf rice or Garam masala in India, Risotto Milenasa from Italy, Garam masala from India, and saffron buns made from Sweden, Paella from Spain, and Bouillabaisse from France. A few strands of premium quality saffron can make rich aromas and flavorful dishes with striking natural colors.
